We are delighted to now offer clipper servicing and repair!

How does it work?

We now offer general servicing of your clippers, as well as repair of clippers that have stopped working. 

If you've decided it's time for your clippers to get serviced, send them to us the same way that you would send your scissors and clipper blades. Make sure to let us know when you're sending them if they are just in for a service to keep them working as new, or if they've broken, and need a repair! Servicing

Every clipper should be serviced regularly, with manufacturers estimating blade drives need replacing every 3-4 months for full time groomers. Whether you get yours done that often, or whenever you have the downtime to send yours away, we'll be delighted to help! Our servicing package includes the following, as standard, all in the price:

Full break down and clean out (Hair WILL get everywhere, and leads to slowing, overheating and break down of equipment)

Replacement of Blade Drive (Full time groomers should have this done 3 or 4 times a year)

Replacement of Drive Cap Foam (Wears over time, and leads to hair and dirt getting to the electronics)

Test run in our workshop before mailing back (No nasty surprises from equipment being returned with unknown faults)

Repair

If your clipper has stopped working, or isn't working as it did when first purchased, we'll be able to repair it! Whether the power cable has become temperamental, or the motor has simply stopped turning, we'll get to the bottom of the issue and get in touch.

We'll never just replace any part and charge you - when we've discovered the fault, we'll get in touch with you, and let you know the price of the replacement part. We'll then leave it upto you to decide if you want us to replace the part or not. 

Unlike a lot of other servicing and repair companies, if you choose not to have us replace the malfunctioning part, we only charge half price for the service. Why would we charge you full price for something that is being not being returned fully working!

Pricing

We like to keep our pricing nice and simple. 

Normal Service: £25

(Includes Blade Drive and Foam Replacement)

"Half Service": £12.50*

(eg, we inform you that the power cord needs replacing but you don't wish to replace, and would rather keep using as is)

Replacement Parts:

(These are charged per item, specific to what needs replacing. All agreed with you beforehand)
